Collaboration Listpiration Setting Challenge

For this project our group decided to make a 3D diorama of the setting but in miniature form. As you can see we have the white poppy fields, Celia’s apartment, The Big House, the oasis, the hills, and the crops in the farming area. We took what we knew about the setting from the book and replicated it into this project. 

We chose to do our project miniature because to us this seemed to be the easiest way to portray all of the setting together. You can see that we used green "grass" for all of the ground because from what we read in the book it seemed to us that there was lots of bright grass throughout the setting and even for a desert it still seemed that there was an unusual amount of it.
